About Us

eXPro is a boutique provider of technology services for small to mid-size businesses. Our core competency lies in designing, building and supporting Microsoft®-based network infrastructures of all sizes, addressing the ever-changing needs of today's business.

eXPro (formerly "Excellent IT and Prompt IT") was founded in 1998. eXPro clients consisted of individuals and tiny offices. Soon after, eXPro started maintaining Telerate site and clients support in Oman. eXPro also provided LAN consulting, repair services and software. While most of our clients were small offices to medium offices, we also maintained hefty relationships with college and universities.

In 2000, in response to shrinking hardware margins and fierce competition from larger manufacturers, eXPro started focusing fully on LAN/WAN design and maintenance.

In 2001, eXPro began to build its world-wide-web hosting facilities and in doing so added a suite of online services to its offerings.

eXPro provides design, installation and ongoing support of network infrastructure for small to medium sized companies (5-500 users). Our specialty lies in Windows® 2000/2003-based office networks, providing services such as File/Print sharing, E-mail, Internet Access, Firewall Management, Remote Access, Data Backup and Virus Protection. Our team of experienced and certified engineers can advise you on appropriate hardware, software and services for your needs, and then follow through the installation and testing of any given project. Our advanced services group is available to help with the needs of larger organizations Windows® 2000 Active Directory design and implementation and Disaster Recovery Services.
